Josh Reddy enters his first year as assistant coach for the Wesmen men's basketball program in 2023-24.
 
Previously, Reddy served as assistant coach for the past two seasons with the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) under Coach Mike Taylor with the Vancouver Bandits and Winnipeg Sea Bears. 
 
The last two seasons Reddy also worked at the University of Victoria as an assistant coach with its men's basketball program.

Reddy earned a Bachelors in Sport Management from Trinity Western University in Langley, B.C. and Master of Sport and Athletic Administration from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash., in 2021.

Before moving to Winnipeg, Vancouver Island and Vancouver was home as he grew up and played collegiately in both Victoria and Vancouver.
