Helping the Wesmen men’s volleyball team snap a losing streak and start a winning one has earned Liam Kristjanson the Birchwood Auto Group Wesmen male athlete of the week.
Kristjanson committed just three errors on 40 swings over two matches last weekend, both wins over the Fraser Valley Cascades. 
On Friday, Kristjanson had eight kills on 16 swings (.500) and added three block assists and a career-high eight digs. The following night, he added 10 kills, hit .294 and chipped in with two aces, three block assists and five digs.
