Stuffing the stat sheet in a series split has earned Brooke Duncalfe the MBLL Wesmen female athlete of the week. 

Duncalfe, a second-year left side on the Wesmen women's volleyball team, posted two double-doubles in helping the Wesmen take one out of two matches against the Mount Royal Cougars on the weekend. 

On Friday, in a four-set Wesmen win, Duncalfe had a team-high 14 kills and added 12 digs with three aces.

The following night in a five-set defeat, Duncalfe posted another double-double with a team-high 16 kills and match- and season-high 15 digs. It was the first time this season Duncalfe posted back-to-back double-doubles.

She also matched a career-high with four aces and led the team with 21 points.
