"I think we were more composed out there today and I did see some progressions from Friday's match. However, we were left standing on set pieces and Thompson Rivers capitalized. I think we did well to score a goal late in the first half as the momentum shifted in the game as a result. Despite that we dealt with adversity of playing with ten players for the whole second half and actually at times I thought we had good possession. We will continue to learn form these games and keep getting better", said Wesmen head coach Amy Anderson.
The WolfPack will be on the road once again next week beginning on Friday at Alberta and Sunday at UNBC. The Wesmen will be in Saskatchewan next weekend for a pair of matches starting with the Regina Cougars on Saturday followed by the Saskatchewan Huskies on Sunday.
