Foreman was the driving force behind a Wesmen renaissance in the 1990s and helped Winnipeg make three straight national Final 8 tournaments.

The Wesmen won two GPAC championships in Foreman’s final three seasons with the program, culminating in him being named the national player of the year as a senior in 1993-94.

Foreman was a three-time all-Canadian, a two-time GPAC player of the year, four- time all-GPAC before embarking on a pro career internationally and locally with the Winnipeg Cyclone.
